About Chef’s Pantry

Chef’s Pantry is a unique culinary experience, creating gourmet meals using only the freshest ingredients. Their influences range from American, Mexican, French, Asian, and more.

These amazing dishes come to fruition due to Chef Matthew’s many years cooking in Las Vegas, San Diego, and Temecula. Chef Matthew’s skills are a product of his studies at Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas and his experience in helping to open D.O.C.G. Enoteca at The Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino on the Vegas strip. His pizza creations such as the “D.O.C.G. Pizza” live on at the restaurant to this day.
